We ship your order within 24h on business days after we have confirmation of payment from our bank or payment service provider.
We use DHL, PostNL or Bpost depending on your location.
Tracking code will be forwarded to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Actual delivery can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
Transit time claims made by the couriers do not match reality so repeating them is useless.
You have the right to return your order (or parts thereof) within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided it is still factory sealed (further exclusions apply).
The return period will expire 14 days after the day that you (or a designated third party other than the carrier) has taken possession of the product. If you have ordered multiple products with varying delivery times in the same order, the return period expires 14 days after the final product of the order has been received.
You will be solely liable for any reduction in product value based on handling or use beyond what is necessary to access its functionality/condition.

Clearly mention your full name and order number on the package or add a copy of the original order confirmation.
Please note that any return costs will *not* be reimbursed.
The following products are not covered by the right to return:
Products that have had their original seal opened.
Products returned outside of the return period.
Vaporizers or pipes that are unsealed after delivery (for health and hygiene).
Vaporizers returned in part under guarantee—all components included in the original packaging must be returned.
After you have exercised your right to return, all payments will be refunded within 14 days.
Refund will occur in accordance with your original payment method, in other words the money will be returned to the account it came from.
